The Intellectual Property Group of the Litigation Department is seeking a junior (2 to 4 years of experience) associate for the Washington, DC office to provide support principally to the firm's practice before the ITC and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Candidates should have demonstrated strong writing skills, and a technical background (electrical engineering or computer engineering/science) is required. Candidates should also be registered with the USPTO or be eligible to take the USPTO registration exam.
