The Life Sciences Group of the Corporate Department is seeking a Boston based mid-level associate.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of capital markets, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, and venture capital experience. Experience representing clients in the life sciences industry, including pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology companies, medical device manufacturers and research institutions is a plus. Potential for signing bonus for highly qualified candidates.
