The Houston office of King & Spalding seeks an associate or counsel for the construction sub-section of the firm's global transactions practice group.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in construction litigation or transactions. The work will involve the drafting and negotiation of construction-related contracts for large-scale energy, mining and infrastructure projects located around the world, typically valued from $200 million to in excess of $20 billion per project. Background in engineering, architecture or construction is strongly preferred. Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school required.
