The Washington, D.C. office of Arent Fox LLP is seeking an associate for its corporate practice group.
The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years experience in a second-chair role, assisting with the drafting and negotiation of substantive agreements involving mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate finance, and acting as the primary draftsperson of ancillary documents. Additional requirements include: strong organizational and writing skills, excellent academic credentials and a desire to excel in a large law firm environment.
