The Las Vegas office of Snell & Wilmer is currently seeking an associate to join its highly regarded and nationally recognized construction law team.
The ideal candidate will be a member of the Nevada bar with one to three years of practice in commercial and construction transactions and litigation. Preferred experience includes research, drafting contracts, motions and other pleadings, and assisting in complex litigation matters. Experience with commercial construction impact, deficiency and contract claims is helpful. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills are a prerequisite. California Bar licensure or an engineering background is also helpful.
