Foley Hoag LLP seeks an attorney to join its Real Estate & Development practice group on a part-time basis.
Candidates must have a minimum of four years of broad commercial real estate experience, including expertise in leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, title review, financing, zoning, and land use permitting. Experience in drafting and negotiating design and construction contracts would be a plus. The position is expected to require 10-15 hours per week on a flexible schedule with the potential to grow into a full-time position.
