The Intellectual Property Group of the Litigation Department is seeking a junior to mid-level (2 to 4 years of experience) associate for the Chicago office, with experience in patent litigation.
Candidates should have a strong focus on litigation and trial work, and should be capable of managing cases or substantial parts of cases on a day-to-day basis. Candidates should have experience taking and defending depositions and writing briefs. Candidates should have a technical background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a similar field.
