The Benefits Group of the Tax & Benefits Department is seeking a Boston and/or New York based junior associate (1-3 years of experience) to handle employee benefits and executive compensation matters.

Ideal candidates would have a knowledge of M&A related transactional work, executive compensation, and traditional employee benefits experience including retirement and health and welfare plans.
