For the New York and Philadelphia offices. Seeking associates with 3-5 years of Leveraged Finance experience to join our corporate group. The candidate should have experience representing leading private equity funds, their portfolio companies and public companies in a full range of finance transactions, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions, dividend and other recapitalizations, restructurings and reorganizations. Large law firm experience is preferred.
