For New York office. Seeking one junior associate (2-3 years) and one senior associate (4-6 years). Both candidates must have substantive experience in Chapter 11 cases on behalf of major parties in interest, with the more senior candidates having additional experience as reflecting their longer years in practice. Having experience in both the creditor and debtor sides is a plus, though not required. The candidate should possess strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school and be a member of the New York Bar.
