The Silicon Valley office seeks a Corporate associate with a minimum of 3 years experience with a large or sophisticated mid-size law firm, including substantial public and private company M&A experience. Experience with securities and/or start-up work preferred, as well as familiarity with technology and emerging growth companies. Ability to work with other team members and clients, and "take ownership" of projects, is essential.
