Ideal candidate will be licensed in North Carolina or another jurisdiction with a willingness to take the North Carolina bar. This person should have 1-3 years experience and either experience as a health care or administrative lawyer or a desire to practice health care or administrative law in front of judicial and quasi-judicial bodies. A willingness to quickly integrate into a dynamic and busy health care team with an eye to having primary responsibility for multiple cases while also playing an important and substantive role in cases managed by more senior level attorneys is important. Previoius judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
