Clark Hill PLC is looking for Lateral Associates with at least 5 years of experience for the Health Care Practice in several offices, including Phoenix, Chicago, and Birmingham.

All candidates must have working knowledge of the health care industry, including experience with HIPAA as well as Stark and Anti-Kickback regulations. Qualified candidates should also have strong litigation skills, including experience taking and defending depositions and drafting, responding to, and arguing dispositive motions in health care-related litigation. All candidates should also have had ample client contact and must be able to handle client files independently. Successful candidates will possess a solid work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, an ability to multi-task, and a demonstrated interest in business development
