The Washington, DC office seeks a mid- to senior- level advertising and marketing associate with 5 – 8 years of experience for regulatory compliance, transactional, and law enforcement/investigations work. This attorney would become part of a well-established practice group that handles all types of consumer protection issues ranging from traditional print, television, and radio to Internet, email, mobile, and social media channels. Experience practicing before the Federal Trade Commission, state consumer protection agencies, and industry self-regulatory bodies, is a plus. Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills, and outstanding academic credentials.
