The Technology, Transactions and Outsourcing Group in the San Francisco office of Venable LLP is looking for a skilled third to fifth year corporate associate with a focus on outsourcing, licensing, joint venture/strategic alliance and general technology agreements. Candidates must have a comfortable working knowledge of intellectual property and general corporate law. Prior law firm experience strongly preferred. Experience in healthcare technology or media a plus. Excellent academic credentials and great communication skills required.
