Briggs and Morgan is seeking an attorney with 2-3 years of business transactional experience to join our Business Law Section as an associate.

Ideal candidate will have strong experience in working on merger and acquisition transactions. Experience in federal securities law and a finance and/or accounting background is a plus. Briggs represents private equity groups, large public and private corporations, and middle market businesses in a number of industries, including health care, manufacturing, medical device, technology, banking and professional sports teams
