The Atlanta office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz seeks an associate with 3-5 years of extensive health care regulatory/transaction experience to join its Health Law practice. Academically distinguished applicants who have excellent writing and analytical skills are sought to assume responsibility in an active and diverse business, regulatory and corporate transactional practice. Experience with the Stark Law/Federal Anti-Kickback Statute and HIPAA would be particularly valuable. We seek a bright, hardworking associate with good judgment and attention to detail.
