The Nashville office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz seeks a staff attorney to join its Labor and Employment Department. Academically distinguished applicants who have excellent writing and analytical skills and deposition, discovery, and motion practice experience are sought to assume responsibility in an active and diverse federal and state court L&E practice. The staff attorney will work closely with litigators on the Labor and Employment team, who will provide active mentoring and client contact. Tennessee law license required or candidate must be able to take the Tennessee Bar and obtain license promptly.
