The Real Estate Capital Markets practice group seeks an associate with two to three years' experience in corporate finance and securities law to join the Raleigh office. Candidates should have experience in sophisticated corporate transactions, with a focus on corporate and securities law and corporate governance matters, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Experience in the REIT industry is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, exceptional analytical and writing skills, and be a true team player. Candidates should also have the desire to be part of a nationally recognized corporate practice while working in a collegial environment. North Carolina Bar membership is preferred.
