The Richmond Corporate Team seeks an associate to join its Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions practice group who is self-motivated and prepared to provide “first chair” support on significant transactions and to be primarily responsible for routine matters. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in sophisticated public and private merger and acquisition transactions. The ideal candidate will also have a strong academic record, exceptional analytical and writing skills and be a true team player.
