The Washington, DC office of Hunton & Williams LLP seeks a Corporate associate to join the Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. Applicants should have at least two to four years of experience in sophisticated public and private merger and acquisition transactions, as well as securities and corporate governance matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, great analytical and writing skills and be able to demonstrate leadership and initiative. Candidates should be interested in developing long-term working relationships with our clients, have the desire to be part of a nationally recognized corporate practice and be a true team player. DC bar membership or eligibility to waive into the DC bar is required.
