The Atlanta office of Hunton & Williams LLP seeks a junior associate with up to three years' experience to join the Corporate team of the Real Estate Capital Markets practice group. Candidates should have experience with or knowledge of sophisticated corporate transactions, with a focus on corporate and securities law and corporate governance matters, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, exceptional analytical and writing skills, and be a true team player. Candidates should also have the desire to be part of a nationally recognized corporate practice while working in a collegial environment. Georgia Bar membership is preferred.
