Steptoe, an AmLaw 100 firm with a strong NLRA practice, is seeking a highly motivated labor litigation attorney to work full-time in our Phoenix office. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of labor litigation experience including writing NLRB position statements, interviewing witnesses, writing briefs, and NLRB trial experience.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of initiative, with solid academic credentials, strong writing skills, and superior analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
