Cooley LLP has an opportunity available in the New York, NY office of its preeminent, internationally recognized corporate practice; associates with four to six years of public company, public securities and capital markets experience are encouraged to apply.

Ideal candidates will have experience (i) representing companies, investors and underwriters in public securities transactions; (ii) representing public companies in a wide variety of matters including corporate governance and SEC and exchange reporting and compliance; and (iii) managing client relationships and handling the day-to-day demands and work flow requirements of a variety of clients with sophisticated needs. Ideal candidates will have worked in the corporate department of a national or international law firm, and will have a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
