The Health Care and Life Sciences Regulatory group is seeking an Associate to join the team in Washington, DC.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of significant experience representing health care and life sciences companies, pharmaceutical and medical device companies, and health care providers in corporate and regulatory matters. Specifically, we are looking for candidates with experience advising companies regarding compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, federal and state fraud and abuse laws, and health care related data privacy and security laws. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
