Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking a Patent Agent to join our pre-eminent, national Intellectual Property Department in the Chemical, Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Practice Group in our Boston, Madison, San Diego, Silicon Valley, or Washington, DC office. The candidate must have immediately transferable skills, with a strong academic background, excellent written and oral communication skills, and major law firm experience and/or industry experience.

Our ideal candidate will possess 3 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience. Candidate must hold a PhD in Chemistry. Admission before the USPTO is required.
