Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an Associate to join the firm's pre-eminent, national Intellectual Property Department in the Chemical, Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Practice Group in our Boston, Madison, San Diego, Silicon Valley, or Washington, DC office. Our ideal candidate will possess 3 years of patent preparation, prosecution and counseling experience. Qualified candidate must hold a PhD in Chemistry. Strong academic credentials, writing and communication skills are required. To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and must be in good standing and an active member of the bar of the state in which s/he is admitted to practice.
