Ideal candidates will have sophisticated products/pharmaceutical or complex commercial litigation experience, stellar academic credentials, prior large firm experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Pepper's Health Effects Litigation Practice Group is one of the largest and strongest teams in the country devoted to representing pharmaceutical and medical device companies in complex litigation and investigations matters. Our lawyers strategically manage clients' exposure from initial personal injury claims through related consumer fraud, third-party payer, and State Attorney General actions as well as regulatory and governmental enforcement actions.
