Pepper Hamilton's New York office is hiring a midlevel Corporate and Securities associate with 4-5 years of private equity experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience representing private equity firms in connection with their investments in portfolio companies, including structuring, organizing and executing acquisitions, exit transactions, and handling general corporate matters on behalf of portfolio companies. The candidate should have significant experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and serving as a key associate on transactions. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be capable of running transactions with minimal partner oversight.
