The Charlotte office of Alston & Bird has an immediate opening for a Finance Associate with 2-3 years' experience. Candidates must have a general background in finance. A strong background in commercial and residential mortgage-backed and asset-backed securitization as well as experience with representing financial institutions in their roles as trustee, servicer or master servicer is preferred but not required. Excellent academic credentials, writing skills and interpersonal skills are also required
