Bryan Cave LLP seeks an experienced patent attorney to join the IP group in our New York office. The candidate will be expected to play a key role in post grant proceedings before the USPTO including preparing, and defending against, reexamination requests, as well as working on Inter Partes and Post Grant Reviews. Requirements include:

* a Degree in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering

* Registration to practice before the USPTO.

* 1-3 years of experience in patent litigation.
