Remcho, Johansen & Purcell LLP, a boutique law firm located in uptown Oakland, represents elected officials, candidates and political committees, governmental agencies, unions, and non-profit and for-profit corporations on constitutional, election, campaign finance, governmental ethics, and other public policy issues. 
We are seeking an associate with one to four years’ experience who will thrive working on challenging legal issues in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Candidates must have excellent research and writing skills, a very strong academic background, litigation experience (preferred), and the ability to work both independently and as part of a small, close-knit team. We place a high value on increasing diversity in our workplace.
