Boutique commercial law firm in King of Prussia seeking junior attorney possessing excellent oral and written communication skills to work in commercial real estate department.
Duties will include working with and assisting senior attorneys in various matters including  acquisition, disposition, leasing, construction, debt financing, equity syndication, loan restructuring, and workout transactions.
Candidates with two years minimum experience preferred, but will consider recent law school graduates.  Proficient computer skills are required.
