Our client, an AmLaw 50 law firm known for innovation and collegiality, is seeking to hire a mid-level capital markets associate with 3+ years of experience. The ideal associate will have significant experience representing clients in equity capital markets transactions, public reporting compliance for companies ranging in market cap size in excess of $1 billion, mergers and acquisitions, and start-ups and venture capital.  Preference for candidates with experience with technology and/or biotechnology companies.
