Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in our Chester County (Exton), PA office for an estate planning associate in our Taxation and Wealth Planning Department. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with estate planning and estate administration, including drafting sophisticated estate planning documents. Preparation of PA inheritance and Federal Estate Tax Returns required. Experience with business succession planning, corporate documentation, general tax knowledge also required. Large law firm experience preferred. Strong academic record and excellent writing skills required. Must be licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
