A highly-regarded regional law firm with a thriving Tampa office is seeking an associate with 1-4 years of litigation experience to join its Government Enforcement & Investigations practice group. The ideal candidate will have a background in complex commercial litigation and/or white collar defense, particularly relating to securities, commodities and financial transactions. Candidates must have experience with motions, pleadings, discovery, and depositions. Excellent writing and research skills are required, as are superior law school academics. This firm's compensation structure is at the top of the Tampa market.
