The San Francisco office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP is seeking a seasoned litigator/trial attorney to join the General Liability Practice team with 8+ years experience handling civil litigation matters and specifically the defense of bodily injury cases (auto, premises liability, products, transportation, construction, and landlord-tenant) should apply immediately for consideration. The following criteria are preferred:

Effectively negotiate settlements, attend hearings and trials 
Ability to argue motions and take effective depositions
Ability to independently handle cases
Experience working for insurance companies
Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills
Must be able to draft own pleadings, discovery, and reports
