Established mid-sized law firm with sophisticated, full-service practice is seeking a Litigation Associate attorney with one (1) to three (3) years’ experience. The position provides an opportunity to handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, court appearances, and motion practice in a variety of complex cases in a wide range of industries. The ideal candidate should have litigation experience in Connecticut state and federal courts, including motion practice and discovery, appearing in court, and an ability to work independently in a busy atmosphere. Qualified candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, and superlative legal research and writing skills. Connecticut bar admission required.
