Litigation/Transactional Associate - Buckhead

This is an ideal position for a self-motivated, proactive attorney looking for a position that will allow them to develop themselves and their practice with the full support of a firm.  The position is for a full-time associate with a boutique Buckhead firm concentrating on real estate, land use and construction law, and is ideal for a lateral looking for more autonomy than often provided by a large firm.
Specifically, the practice group concentrates on both real estate litigation including property disputes, zoning, permitting, land-use issues and construction, as well as some transactional work related to commercial contracts, closings and leasing.
A successful candidate would be self-motivated and able to proactively manage a case, be detail-oriented, handle court appearances and routine litigation matters with minimal supervision. The position offers long-term growth potential with active support from the firm, assistance with marketing, and is an excellent platform for a self-starter to further develop their growing practice.
The successful candidate will be a 5-7th year litigation associate, admitted to the Georgia Bar, with excellent writing, research and analytical skills.  The ideal candidate has some portable business and is interested in developing a marketing plan to build on their own book of business.  Transportable business will be utilized for calculating salary.
When applying, please provide all of the following: a cover letter, resume, writing sample and salary requirements.
