Our close client, the Atlanta office of a Southeast-based AMLAW 100 firm, has enlisted our services to identify a mid-senior level associate a minimum of three years of experience.   Ideal candidates will have experience within this field in counseling clients, drafting documents, and negotiating contracts with service providers, and must be familiar with the complicated tax and ERISA laws affecting employee benefits for public and private clients.  Excellent academic credentials required along with strong communication skills and ability to interface directly with clients.  This firm, and this particular office, has experienced explosive growth over the past several years, and boats a high rate of attorney satisfaction with virtually no attrition.
