Our rapidly expanding law firm is looking for an experienced Controller to handle all financial, accounting and human resources activities.  The successful candidate will be responsible for budget management, general accounting practices, financial analysis, payroll, forecasting, accounts payable and accounts receivable.  The chosen candidate will have a leadership role in financial decision-making that affects our company and will provide strategic financial input to senior management.   Key areas within the human resources department will also be managed by the Controller, including policy and procedure compliance and ongoing maintenance of HR practices. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who thrives in a busy work place and is well-versed in working closely with senior management and owners.  The qualified individual will have a bachelor’s degree in a Business discipline and minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
