Temp/PT ERISA attorney
 
Temporary/Part-Time, on an "as-needed basis:" Job #PH051019. Summary: Our client, a boutique law firm in New Jersey near Haddonfield, seeks occasional ERISA help from an experienced ERISA practitioner/specialist who is very familiar with/experienced with things like form 5500. Also some transactional work. Perfect assignment for a solo practitioner looking to pick up some hourly work. You may be either PA or NJ licensed, active and in good-standing, with no disciplinary history, to undertake this work.
 
A background in representing schools would be a PLUS.
 
Again, this would be an ideal situation for someone who is a solo attorney with this skill, who could use some occasional "as needed" hours. The ideal candidate would be able to work remotely, BUT, still be flexible to meet with the firm attorneys from time-to-time.
