TEMPORARY/FULL-TIME:  Exciting opportunity for an ENVIRONMENTAL ATTORNEY!   A company in Washington, DC is looking for an attorney to assist with its environmental activities.    Responsibilities include work with CERCLA and environmental site management, coordinating with both outside counsel and internal environmental managers.
 
 Required experience:
 
1.  Experience reviewing and commenting on remedial investigations, feasibility studies and technical reports
 
2. Experience with legal issues involving CERCLA enforcement, including allocation and challenges to agency action
 
3.  Experience with remediation technologies related to river sediment and groundwater.
 
 
 
Work must be done on site in Washington, D.C.   This is a temporary position that is expected to last three to six months.   It may go longer and may even become permanent.
