About the Opportunity:
 
The ATLANTA Office of a VERY HIGHLY RESPECTED NATIONWIDE INSURANCE COMPANY is seeking to hire a CLAIMS MANAGER with GENERAL LIABILITY EXPERIENCE.  Will be Managing Complex Claims.
 
Responsibilities:
 

-Ensure that claims are analyzed for coverage and documentation
-Evaluate coverage and liability as well as analyze claim loss and expense exposure
-Ensure all claims are properly reserved
Supervision and Training of Examiners and other Associates
-Special projects

 
Qualifications:
 

-4 + years of Claim Handling Experience with at least some commercial transportation experience
-JD is always helpful but not necessary
