Hanson Bridgett LLP is seeking a corporate associate with 4-8 years of law firm experience for its fast-growing transactional practice. Experience with entity formation, venture capital financings, and mergers andacquisitions is required. Experience pertaining to one or more of the following is strongly preferable: securities regulation and/or capital markets; private equity fund formation; technology transactions and intellectual properlymatters; tax; and employee benefits.
Ideal candidates will have a distinguished academic background and impeccable references. CA Barrequired. Strong research, writing and communication skills, high level of analytical skills as well as excellent and highly adaptable communication skills are required.
