Robinson+Cole, an AmLaw 200 firm, seeks an associate with four to six years of complex litigation experience to join its Business Litigation Practice Group in its Hartford, CT office.

Today, nearly a third of our lawyers engage in trial work, with the geographic reach of our practice meeting the regional, national, and global nature of our clients' operations. Our trial practice combines the substantial resources of a large firm with the depth of trial experience, efficient staffing, and responsiveness of a trial boutique.
The successful candidate will work on matters involving issues including commercial disputes, class actions, intellectual property, trade regulation, and government enforcement in a variety of industries such as manufacturing, technology, financial services, and education.   Our Manufacturing Industry Team, for example, represents clients throughout the United States and globally, ranging from Fortune 50 companies to privately held and/or family-owned companies that sell both business-to-business and business-to consumer products and services.  
Our ideal candidate has superior academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and large-firm or equivalent experience to join our team.  Admission to the Connecticut bar is required.   Law review experience and/or judicial clerkship experience are a plus.  The successful candidate will be expected to assume substantial responsibility, including drafting of briefs on critical motions, management of discovery, depositions and court appearances.
