About the Opportunity:
 
ATLANTA Division of publicly traded, highly regarded INSURANCE COMPANY, is looking to hire an INSURANCE CLAIMS attorney with 5 + years of experience, preferable with experience in both a law firm and insurance carrier.  Relocation assistance for out of towners!
 
Responsibilities:
 

Manage claim related litigation by and against the company.
Work very closely with the Claim Department to resolve claims efficiently, on coverage issues and decisions and other issues that arise.
Provide training and assistance, when necessary, on coverage, documentation, catastrophic claims, excess coverage, etc.

 
Qualifications:
 

JD + 5 + years of insurance defense of premises and auto liability.  Commercial auto and at least some trucking experience is necessary.
Experience with CGL and CAP policies
