Minneapolis, MN – Labor and Employment Associate

Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening for an associate with 2-5 years of experience advising and representing employers, to join its Minneapolis office. The candidate must have significant experience advising employers with respect to a wide range of labor and employment matters including  ADA and FMLA compliance, reductions in force and employee separations, and employment related policy drafting and implementation, and should also have an interest in and experience representing employers with respect to private sector labor relations issues. Employment litigation experience would be useful, but not required. Large law firm or significant “in-house” experience with labor and employment matters is required. The ideal candidate must have a strong academic record, excellent writing and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently but collaboratively while representing employers.
