Major New Jersey law firm with multiple regional office locations seeks a full-time Client Services/Hospitality Representative (Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm) for our New York Office located in Midtown at 1325 Avenue of Americas between (53rd & 54th Street).  Job responsibilities include high volume phone contact, greeting clients and reserving conference rooms, conference room set ups and maintenance of kitchen pantries.  Candidate must possess strong computer skills.  Other duties include light typing, photo copying, filing and special projects on an as needed basis.   We offer a competitive starting salary and benefits program.  Please e-mail resume which must include salary requirements for consideration to:
