Our client, a large medical device company, is seeking a Patent Attorney to join their legal team.  The ideal candidate has 5-20 years of patent attorney experience prosecuting software, mechanical and/or electro-mechanical patent applications with a notable law firm or company.  Must have experience counseling clients on IP issues.  If more senior, must have in-house patent experience, specifically with PTAB/EPO Opposition proceedings, agreement review and negotiations.  Government (USPTO or EPO) experience is a plus, as is some patent litigation exposure, but not required.  Salary and benefits are competitive for the Twin Cities market.  For further information, please submit your resume confidentially to jobs@partners-group.com  (For a full listing of our job posts, please visit us at http://www.partners-group.com/current-opportunities).
